How we work together

1. Agreement
By using thecybernav, you agree to these terms. They exist to make the experience smooth and fair for everyone.
2. What We Do
We provide instant quotes and 3D printing using FDM and resin machines. Print quality depends on the quality of your file. We do our best to catch issues early, but we are not responsible for design flaws.
3. Your Account
Please provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that misuse our platform.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in EGP and include material and labor. Quotes are valid for the period shown in your dashboard. We accept InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and Cash on Delivery. Production starts after payment is confirmed.
5. Your Files
You confirm that you own or have the right to print everything you upload. We do not claim any ownership of your designs. We may decline orders that appear to violate trademarks or patents.
6. Delivery
We ship through local couriers (Wassalha or similar). Risk of damage passes to you upon delivery. We use protective packaging to minimize transit damage.
7. Quality Guarantee
If a part does not meet our stated tolerances, we reprint it for free. Refund requests must be made within 7 days and are reviewed by our team.
8. Prohibited Items
We do not print weapons, illegal items, or anything that violates the laws of Egypt. Violations result in immediate account termination.
9. Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by third-party couriers.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes are handled in Cairo courts.
11. Updates
We may update these terms as we grow. Registered users will be notified of major changes by email.
