Terms of Service
Governing our professional manufacturing relationship
Effective: February 2026
1. Agreement of Service
By engaging thecybernav for 3D printing services, you enter into a professional agreement governed by these operational standards. These terms ensure a high-precision, zero-friction experience for both parties.
2. Scope of Manufacturing
Our platform provides instant algorithmic pricing and industrial FDM/Resin manufacturing. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the final output depends heavily on the quality of the provided STL/CAD file. We provide engineering support but do not take responsibility for inherent design flaws.
3. Professional Registration
Users must provide authentic identity data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or attempt to exploit our instant pricing algorithms.
4. Pricing & Settlement
All quotes are in EGP and are inclusive of manufacturing labor and materials. Quotes are valid for the timeframe stated in your dashboard. We accept Instapay, Vodafone Cash, and Cash on Delivery. Production begins only after payment verification (where applicable).
5. Intellectual Property Warranty
You warrant that you own or have the license to all models uploaded. thecybernav acts purely as a manufacturing service provider and does not claim any rights to your designs. We reserve the right to refuse orders that clearly violate trademark or patent laws.
6. Logistics & Risk
Delivery is handled via professional Egyptian couriers (Wassalha or similar). Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery. We provide impact-resistant packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
7. Quality Guarantee & Refunds
If a part fails to meet our stated tolerances or material specs, we will provide a free reprint. Refund requests for custom-manufactured parts must be made within 7 days and are subject to engineering review of the model versus the print.
8. Prohibited Items
We strictly prohibit the manufacturing of weapons, controlled substances paraphernalia, or any item illegal under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
9. Liability Constraints
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the order placed. thecybernav is not liable for indirect damages or project delays caused by design failure or third-party logistics.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Egyptian Law. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
11. Updates to Standards
We refine our terms as our technology and capabilities expand. Registered clients will be notified of material changes via their primary email.
