The Agreement

By using our website, you agree to these terms. They are designed to ensure a fair and safe experience for all customers.

We provide a curated shop of high-quality products with upfront pricing and nationwide delivery in Egypt.

Please ensure your account details are accurate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

All prices are in EGP. We accept various secure payment methods. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Deliveries are handled by professional local couriers. We take great care in packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

We do not sell or ship items that violate local Egyptian laws. Any such attempts will result in account termination.

Our liability is limited to the total value of your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external couriers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in Cairo courts.

We may update these terms as we expand. We’ll notify you of any major changes via email.
